With violence becoming so prevalent, we need laws that meet community expectations, especially for our emergency service workers and those working in our schools and hospitals. For the most deplorable crimes, a matter many residents have been passionate about, justice should reflect severity of the crime and life should be life in prison.

Beaudesert Beenleigh Road

Beaudesert Beenleigh Road Upgrade near Shaw Pocket was completed just in time for Christmas. The upgrade allows vehicles to travel around the bend more safely at speed (80kmh). Thank you to the community for helping me achieve this goal. Now we need to fix the bend on Beaudesert Beenleigh Road 800 meters south of Dunns Road. It has claimed too many lives.

Meals On Wheels Christmas Run

Meals on Wheels Christmas run today. French Onion soup, sweet and sour pork, turkey with roast vegetables for Christmas Day. Plus Christmas wouldn't be complete without Christmas Pudding. Thank you to the meals On Wheels team and to Jim and Jan who volunteer their time every week and allowing me to join their run today. They are a truly lovely couple.
