I spent most of the day in Logan with the Housing and Manufacturing Committee, hearing from residents and park owners about the Manufactured Homes (Resident Parks) Amendment Bill 2024. Anzac Day 2024.

Don "Poppy Don" Berry, one of our much-loved local veterans, was recently in hospital for major surgery. It was beautiful to see him well enough to attend today's Anzac Day Ceremony at Upper Coomera. He is one of the few remaining Long Tan veterans. He served as a Medic.

Time for a Sunday afternoon community roadside at Michigan Drive Oxenford, opposite Oxenford SPAR.

The North Gold Coast RSL Sub-Branch Inc. Anzac appeal has started! These lovely volunteers will be at Oxenford Woolworth, Oxenford Bunnings and Helensvale Plaza till Wednesday the 24th. All funds raised support our local veterans & their families.
