PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION IN THE FIELD Saturday 4th June 10:00am to 12:00pm

On the topic of small business, we have a new insurance broker moved into the area. I met with Taela to discuss local community service clubs in the area. Taela will soon to be a new member of Rotary. She has recently started her own business Status Insurance ( statusinsurance.com.au ).

Hope everyone has their feet firmly on the ground this morning. So windy. We apparently have some fallen trees in the region so take care.

Tree removal crews are working quickly to remove a fallen tree on Reserve Road near Siganto park. Police are controlling traffic, please expect some delays.

In between volunteering on a few election booths (plus been soaked by the rain head to toe.) and eating a couple democracy snags, I drop by Northern Gold Coast Rotaract cafe at the Oxenford & Coomera Community Youth Centre. Thank you Scott and team for making me a great coffee. All funds at the Cafe go towards local youth projects.
