First up tonight, Norfolk Village State School P&C. This school's community does some truly wonderful work under the guidance of the P&C and Principal Samantha Donovan. Next up Highland Reserve State School and again another proactive school community and equally proactive Principal in Stephen O’Brien.

Traffic is now crossing the bridge. A big thank you to all the workers who have been involved in the restoration of the connection road to the bridge.

Tamborine-Oxenford Road (John Muntz Causeway) reconstruction

Bit of a news flash about John Muntz Bridge. I was at a media interview with Minister for Main Roads at the John Muntz Bridge. Now the Minister claims the bridge will not be fully open until August. This isn't acceptable when the department keeps informing residents it will be mid year. Mid year is end of June!
