Guanaba RFB UPDATE: We are open for residents

Good evening, Guanaba.

We’ve been into the station tonight, and things are looking good for us to open up to the community tomorrow around lunchtime.

Before we can do so, we are hoping to have council crews out in the morning to clear debris off the Tarata Road bridge to ensure safe access. Once that is completed, we’ll be ready to assist.

For those in need, we have:

A generator running to provide power

Hot showers available

A washing machine for use

Charging stations for your devices

Internet and TV access

We’ll provide an update tomorrow once we’re officially open. Stay safe, and we’re here to help!
