We have chased up getting the burnt-out vehicle removed from Binstead Way. Last week, another “police aware” vehicle was dumped on Maudsland Road.

These vehicles are people's livelihoods, and they rely on them. In a speech in Parliament, I highlighted the impact this crime has on insurance costs and the simple fact victims don't feel justice is served. Victims rights need to be put first, not the perpetrators. Victims don't ask to be victims. Yet they are the ones who bear the cost.
