I have had numerous enquiries from residents about their Essential Services Hardship grants and the Department of Communities requiring them to show proof they have lost power. These residents lost power for over a week. Some lost power for almost two weeks! Yet the Department is demanding proof.
Energex has already notified the Department of Communities of the time period of the outages.
The left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
